How is sizing? Should I size up?

The polo runs slightly small with a trim, modern cut. If you are between sizes or like extra room, take the next size up. Garment measurements are on each product page.

How long does shipping take?

US orders ship within 1–2 business days and arrive in about 10–16 business days with tracking. Free shipping on every order — no minimum.

What is your return policy?

30-day returns on unworn items with tags attached. Start a return from your confirmation email or the Returns page. Refunds land 5–7 business days after we receive the item.

How do I wash and care for it?

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, then hang or lay flat to dry. No bleach, no hot tumble dry. The waffle texture and 4-way stretch hold up wash after wash.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. Checkout is secure and encrypted.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship across the US first. International shipping is coming — join the email list to hear when it opens in your country.

Is the fabric see-through?

No. The mid-weight waffle knit is opaque in all six colours, including White.
